About Us

Value-Aware Internet Development and Consultancy has operated from Lancaster since April 2010, with the aim of providing high-value internet and IT services, particularly to charities and the voluntary and public sectors. Our extensive prior experience with charities, as volunteers and participants, showed us how easy it is for smaller organisations, especially those with little or no internal expertise in IT or procurement, to end up with poor value in their deals. Often, they either pay professional consultancies huge sums for relatively simple projects, or deal with amateurs who produce a sub-standard product.

At Value-Aware, we want to help you break out of this pattern, using our skills, experience, and library of designs and components to produce high-quality, professional results at a lower cost. We can also bring our experience in the sector to bear in producing the most appropriate designs and products, and working with the range of different decision-making structures found in such organisations.
