Pricing Structure
We have no set price list, as all jobs are priced by quotation. This is because we recognise that every client's needs are different, and we want to charge all clients for what we give them, no more or less. However, to help you decide to approach us for a quotation, we've prepared a list of example jobs and the prices we would quote for them.
The exact quotation you will receive will depend on fine details of the job. However, it will also contain a full breakdown of how we have come to that particular price, and you are welcome to discuss those details with us. All registered charities (and other good causes) will receive a discount of at least 5%. There is a further discount for all customers when taking maintenance and hosting, with a combined cost of generally £1.50 more than hosting alone.

Quotations are generally free. However, for complex jobs, particularly custom development and procurement consulting, we will require an up-front payment to cover the time taken to produce the quotation, including to specify the system being quoted for. This can be a considerable process that we go through to ensure that our quotation is accurate and reflects a system that accurately fulfils your needs. We will make an initial assessment to provide a free quotation as to the cost of producing the full quotation.
